CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

In these troubling times, I am managing to keep my little business open. I work alone from home and a storage unit in my garden, so have no social distancing issues with co-workers. Please place your order as normal and providing that Royal Mail continue to process parcels, it will be with you within a very short time. Thank you very much and stay safe and well, everyone

Delivery Policy

Orders shipped to UK addresses will be sent via First Class Royal Mail and I normally aim to despatch your order within a maximum of 48 hours. Overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail's Air Mail service and will, again, be processed within a maximum of 48 hours.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are weight based according to the Royal Mail's schedule of First Class Postage fees. Standard Royal Mail charges will apply up to a maximum weight of 10kg (United Kingdom), 4kg (Europe) and 2kg (Rest of World). If your items have a combined weight that exceeds these limits, then the website will request that you contact me to discuss delivery options. NB If you live in a country where customs fees may be payable e.g. US or Australia, then these fees will be your own responsibility.
